JC3 hosted a series of three “Community Conversations” at the Duwamish River Community Hub in May
and June 2024. These conversations aimed to build local resources and support knowledge sharing,
which are all essential to circular, regenerative, and solidarity economies. The series facilitated a space to
learn, build, and empower a community of individuals, organizations, and local businesses interested in
advancing a Just Transition in the Duwamish Valley through community-initiated and led circular economy
projects, and to support learning and discussion.
