About
JC3 Reports

The Just Circular Communities Collaborative (JC3) develops reports that grow out of deep partnerships with community organizations, researchers, and practitioners in the Duwamish Valley and beyond. Supported by grant funding, each report reflects a shared effort to advance regenerative and just circular economies through community-driven research, planning, and design. These publications document collaborative processes with community partners, share tools and frameworks for circular systems development, and highlight lessons learned from the field. Grounded in the knowledge, priorities, and leadership of frontline communities, the reports are created to support community-based organizations and partners working to envision and implement localized, equitable, and climate-resilient futures. Together, they serve as open resources to guide others pursuing place-based approaches to circular and regenerative economies.
